The Sagaan-Dali Resort
Assignment conditions for the services

1. These conditions herein determine the procedure of rendering and payment for services, offered by a Stock Company of Sagaan-Dali, reffered to as the Sagaan Dali, (Arshan settlement, Tunkinsky district, Republic of Buriatia, Building 10), and their list.

2. Each person on vacation is obliged:

2.1. To pay the cost of a tour .

2.2. While entering the territory of the Sagaan Dali to have: the tour document; identity card.

2.3. In the territory of the Sagaan Dali to follow the rules of fire protection safety, engineering safety, health and hygiene rules, the standard rules of living in a hotel and, a public order.

2.4. To relate with great care to the objects of natural environment, to architectural and other monuments, to the property of the Sagaan Dali , not to spoil property or make any damage of property of the objects indicated herein.

2.5. In the case of actions that led to the damage of the property of the Sagaan Dali , to pay penalty in the amount in accordance with the price list.

2.6. To follow strictly the indications of the administration of the Sagaan Dali ;

3. The Sagaan Dali Resort obligations:
During the period of stay:

3.1. To provide the vacationers on their request with a boiling water, a sponge, a needle, scissors.

3.2. To ensure the change of linen in the rooms of vacationers no less than once a week, the cleaning of rooms – once in three days.

3.3. For extra payment and in accordance with a price list a client of the Sagaan Dali will get an access to a sauna, a billiard, a cafeteria, will get his guide and obtain other services.

4. It is forbidden for the clients:

4.1. To use electrical heating instruments and electronics.

4.2. To walk on the lawns and to drive throw the lawns.

4.3. To bring domestic animals without preliminary agreement with the administration of boarding house (client should have a permission certificate from a veterinary service and a muzzle for large dogs).

5. Conditions of the payment for the services:

5.1. The Client is obligated to pay a tour in size of 100 % from its cost according to the price affirmed at the moment of payment.

5.2. In the case of the refusal of the Client from any of services on the paid tour pass without valid reasons , the Sagaan Dali produces the recovery of cash resources with the retention of penalty depending on the period of the refusal of vacationer in the following sizes:

- with the refusal in 14-7 days to the moment of arrival, the penalty composes 25 % from the cost of a pass;
- with the refusal 7-3 days prior to the moment of arrival, the penalty composes 50 % from the cost of a pass;
- with the refusal less than 3 days prior to the moment of arrival, the penalty composes 100 % from the cost of a pass.

5.3. In the case of the Client’s refusal of the rendered services on the good reasons, i.e. accident, disease of the Client or his or her close relatives, natural phenomenon, etc., the cost of pass is not reimbursed, or it will be reimbursed on the conditions p.5.2., and days, which were paid, are granted later to a client or to his or her lawful assignees within the terms additionally agreed by both parties.
